Fred Fishback speaks at CREOG Education Retreat on asynchronous video interviewing

On July 31st, 2020, Fred Fishback discussed the topic of "Asynchronous Program Showcase and Interviewing". Offering up to 5x the efficiency of synchronous interviewing, asynchronous is slowly gaining traction as a viable, “schedule-free” method to not only showcase your program but learn about applicants suitability to your program. Like most novel technologies, we are rapidly learning what works and what doesn’t. This presentation offered some best practices for asynchronous interviewing and provided insights on what to avoid through some hard-learned experiences.
