Break down how much you are spending in your current process for interviewing, considering each step in the process:

  • Scheduling and preparing

  • Actual interview days

  • Collecting all the data and getting it into the system

Don't forget opportunity costs, such as redeploying time away from other critical activities. Once you monetize labor costs as well as lost revenue/opportunity costs, the pricing differential between synchronous and asynchronous is dramatic.

We offer two distinct pricing options:

1) Your GME program pays an upfront fee for Match season of $5,000 for ALL your asynchronous interviews; or

2) Each candidate pays an interview fee of $25, which saves them an enormous amount of time and travel costs.

 

There is also a modest set-up fee of $995 to your program.
